On Thursday morning, July 12, members of the Dayspring Chorale, along with their family and friends (96 people in all) will meet at Sky Harbor International Airport to begin a mission of music and ministry. Embracing the opportunity to take a little piece of Dayspring to the countries of the British Isles, these dedicated singers have cleared personal schedules, spent countless hours in preparation, and now are more than ready to embark on the adventure.
Having begun rehearsals in February, we now look forward to singing in such important venues as Ely Cathedral, St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh, St. Patrick’s and St. Mary’s in Ireland, and many others. We know will be heard by locals, by tourists, possibly by other choirs also on tour. But with each and every performance, the grace and love of God, made real through the presence of the Holy Spirit will permeate every note, making each song an offering to God of our best, not just another performance.
The Dayspring Chorale is truly blessed to have this remarkable experience. We all look forward to sharing our stories with you when we return, as well as our return to morning worship on August 19. Thank you for your continuing love and support.
In service and love,
Michael Kelley

We actually aren't going to St. Patricks in NY. Here's a link to the correct cathedral.
Oops! Thanks for noticing that, Randy. I've updated the link.
I didn't actually notice it, Michael called me and asked me to change it, but I didn't have permissions to edit the posts so I figured I would just post a comment and you would fix it. And of course you did so great job.
