More Edinburgh Pictures (a bit late!)

I finally got a chance to upload my Edinburgh pictures. Sorry I'm a bit behind the times! The Chorale sounded fantastic in St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh. It's pretty amazing to see a performance like this in a building so historic. Enjoy the pictures!

Ring of Kerry

Today we went on a tour of the Ring of Killarney. It is a very beautiful part of Ireland. The bus driver was absolutely amazing. The roads were barely wide enough for 2 cars to go through and somehow we managed to get past another tour bus and a couple of RV's. I've got to run to dinner now. We're off to another city tomorrow and then we are heading back to the USA the next day. I hope you are enjoying the pictures.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

I think this is the longest word I've ever seen

We made it to Dublin last night. We came across from England on a ferry. It was originally supposed to take us 3.5 hrs. on a slow ferry, but we ended up getting on the high speed ferry and it only took us about 1.75 hrs. We performed a few pieces today during a mass and tomorrow we head to St. Patrick's to perform a concert. We're going to be leaving Dublin after the concert tomorrow so I'll see if I can find another place to post more pictures at the next town.

Made it to Chester

Waiting in line at the bookstore for Harry Potter

We made it to Chester yesterday. Last night we stood in line at the local bookstore to get a copy of the latest Harry Potter book. We were in the first 30 of the queue so we got to go into the store early and they had all sorts of things to do inside the store (making your own wand, little puzzles, people were dressed up). Anyway, here are some more pictures for you to look at. We're heading to Ireland today so we'll be on the bus most of the day and we are going to be on the ferry as well. When we get to Dublin I'll try to find another internet cafe so that I can post more pictures. Looking forward to singing in St. Patrick's Cathedral.

Cannot get pictures off my camera

I tried to post at the internet cafe in Edinburgh trying to add more pictures to the blog, but the computer would not accept the USB connection from my camera so you will have to wait until later for new pictures. The concert today in St. Giles was very nice, and we had a pretty good audience. I'll try to find another computer in Chester so that I can post some more pictures. I have over 450 pictures on my camera right now!! Until tomorrow.

Pictures from England

Here are some pictures. I don't have much time right now because I need to get back to the hotel to get ready for a performance tonight. I'll try to update the blog later with some details on the pictures. Updated: I've added captions to the pictures now.
